Rainbow Dinner

imageSometimes it seems like such hard work to prepare a healthy dinner. Do you know how easy it is….and did I say FAST!

I use frozen organic veggies to start my Rainbow dinner. In my area, it is much easier to fine organic frozen veggies and the cost is lower.

Pour in several bags of veggies, some favorite fresh veggies, and add any leftovers you have in the fridge….I use an oversized frying pan but you could use a wok. Add your favorite seasoning….stir….and in a matter of minutes you have a filling, healthy, dinner.
