Love Your Heart Challenge
February is “heart” month and PERFECT time to participate in a wellness challenge.
This challenge will run for 4 weeks and the main focus is on sleep, hydration, exercise, and eating “clean”. You will be able to earn valuable points daily in each of these areas…and even earn extra credit point weekly. The cost is a mere $10 and the person with the most points at the end of the four weeks will “Take the Pot”.
