How is Your Wellness Journey?
Have you started your wellness journey? Yes, I said journey. Wellness is a journey and not a destination. Because, just when we think you have gotten “there”, something or someone comes along and reminds us that more changes need to be made.
Most people JUMP into wellness with BOTH feet!!! This, most likely is a recipe for failure.
I would recommend making ONE SIMPLE CHANGE monthly. Yes, just one simple step…one change…that you will DO for one month. If we focus on that one simple change and really focus on it, we can have success. That success leads to more successes and encourages us to move forward on our wellness journey.
